I've lost 23 lbs. since I started the detox!
I started your 10-day detox last May when you launched it with the Facebook page. I did it because my glucose level was too high (pre-diabetic). I thought if I lost weight, it would be a bonus for me. I’ve always been into working out, so I’m one of the lucky ones who loves it. I swim laps 3 days a week for an hour and go to the gym (weights, stretches, treadmill, and bike) for about 2 hours. I also practice yoga and meditation.
Here’s the good news: I’ve lost 23 lbs. since I started the detox. I feel great and look better than I have in years. I look at pictures of me from 3 years ago, and all I can say is “Oy!”
