By participating in the Hyman Health 10-Day Detox Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Engagement in the Community
   Participants are encouraged to immerse themselves in the 10-Day Detox Community. This includes actively interacting with fellow participants, contributing to discussions, and sharing insights and experiences throughout the detox journey.
   
   
2. Consent to Use of Images and Likeness
   By joining the program, participants consent to the use of their name, image, likeness, and testimonials for promotional purposes. This may encompass social media posts, website content, and marketing materials related to Hyman Health and its programs.
   
   
3. Feedback Participation
   Participants will be invited to share honest and constructive feedback regarding their experiences with the 10-Day Detox Program. Feedback may be collected through surveys, interviews, and other forms of communication.
   
   
4. Commitment to Program Phases
   Participants agree to follow all phases of the program, which include:
   • Preparation Phase: Adhering to guidelines for detox preparation.
   • Detox Phase: Actively participating during the core 10-Day Detox period.
   • Post-Detox Phase: Engaging in activities to support a successful transition after the detox.
   
   
5. Follow-Up Communication
   Participants agree to respond to email surveys, interview requests, and any additional follow-up communications for up to 60 days following the start of the program.
   
   
6. Compensation Acknowledgment
   Participants acknowledge that they will not receive compensation for their involvement in the program beyond access to the 10-Day Detox Program at a special discounted price. There will be no financial or other forms of compensation.
   
   
7. Intellectual Property Rights
   All ideas, suggestions, and feedback shared by participants during their involvement in the program will become the property of Hyman Health. Participants forfeit any claims to intellectual property rights or ownership over these ideas.
   
   
8. General Conditions
   • Participants must be at least 18 years of age.
   • Hyman Health reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, providing reasonable notice to participants.
   
   
9. Health Guidance Notice
   The Hyman Health 10-Day Detox Program is designed to support participants in making informed lifestyle and dietary choices. However, it is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Participants are encouraged to consult with a healthcare provider before starting this or any other detox program, especially if they have underlying medical conditions, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or are taking medication. The information provided through the program, including recommended supplements, is for educational purposes only and should not be interpreted as medical advice.
   
   

By agreeing to these terms, participants confirm their commitment to fully engage in the program and contribute to the success of the Hyman Health 10-Day Detox.
