Food Allergies, Weight & Obesity
We are getting ready to start the 10-day detox diet, however, I am allergic to nuts. What do you suggest? Is there an alternative, or do I just leave out the nuts?
Feel free to substitute hemp, chia and flax seeds for the nuts in the Breakfast Detox Shakes and to have pumpkin seeds for snacks. You can choose the recipes in any order and avoid those that include nuts if preferred.
