Alex’s Secret Spicy Spice Rub

Ingredients
  • 2 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
Preparation
  1. Combine in an old spice container, cover tightly, and shake well to combine.
  2. Notes Sprinkle this on chicken, salmon, chili, or spicy black bean soup. Take it slow at first, it’s potent, but delicious.
