Sauteed Spinach and Watercress
Ingredients
- 1 Tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 2 Cups Fresh Watercress
- 8 Cups Fresh Spinach
- 1 Pinch Sea Salt
Preparation
- In a large saute pan, heat olive oil on medium heat. Add watercress and saute until tender, about 3 minutes. Remove from heat and add spinach to wilt. Season with salt.
