This recipe features one of my favorite fats: wild fatty fish, specifically salmon. Salmon is filled with omega 3 fatty acids, the happy fat. Omega 3’s make your brain work better, your skin soft and clear, help improve metabolism, and the list goes on!
I’ve also included the recipe for homemade mayonnaise from my book. You’ll definitely want to keep this one on hand. It’s delicious and can be used in so many different recipes. Click here to view the PDF version.
