Dr. Hyman Discusses Boosting Longevity on the Dr. Oz Show
EVERYONE WANTS TO LIVE A LONG TIME. What many don't realize is that we all have the power to make choices that will help us live a long and healthy life. Boosting longevity and being fit and vibrant at any age is a real possibility for all of us.
In my recent appearance on The Dr. Oz Show I gave a simple tip on how you can boost longevity by taking a special supplement--glucomannan--to support healthy blood sugar levels.
Maintaining balanced blood sugar is essential for lifelong health, and I have seen this supplement dramatically help many patients when used in conjunction with a healthy diet full of whole foods, exercise, stress-reduction, and other positive lifestyle choices.
This show was part of an ongoing series in which Dr. Oz is recruiting doctors, including myself, to help Jay get healthy and extend his life. This series of shows provides a powerful reminder to all of us how important getting and staying healthy for life is. I encourage all of you to watch the entire series:
And stay tuned for further updates as we follow and support Jay on his journey to lifelong, vibrant health.
