Finding ways to add movement into your daily routine is one of the absolute best things you can do for yourself. Our bodies are meant to move, yet so many of us are sedentary due to desk jobs, low energy, or lack of motivation.

In today’s episode, I talk with Max Lugavere, Mark Sisson, Tony Robbins, and Peter Diamandis about why exercise is the cornerstone of good health and long life. Max Lugavere is a health and science journalist and the author of the New York Times bestseller Genius Foods: Become Smarter, Happier, and More Productive While Protecting Your Brain for Life.
