My probiotic order arrived but the ice packs are warm, what do I do?

The ice packs are only intended to keep your probiotics from extreme temperatures but not to keep chilled. The ice packs are intended to arrive warm and your product is not compromised.

I’m not happy with my order, can I return it for a refund?

If for any reason you are not thoroughly satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product(s) within the first 30 days for a full 100% refund.

Why did my Auto-Shipment split into two orders?

Most commonly, automatic shipments will split into multiple orders when the address, payment option, or shipping methods differ between orders. Supplements may have different shipping interval days for refill.

I am trying to place my order but I can’t enter my payment type. What do I do?

Refreshing the page in your browser will generally fix this issue right away. If the payment option still does not appear, logging into the store on another browser or device should resolve the issue. Your shopping cart will retain the items you have selected, as long as you are signed in.

How can I adjust my automatic subscriptions?

To update your auto-ship:

  1. Login at: https://store.drhyman.com/
  2. click: My account (upper right)
  3. click: Dashboard (upper right)
  4. and then click: Auto-ship subscriptions (left side of page, under “My Account”)

Here, you can adjust quantity, delivery interval, skip next delivery date, cancel.

How can I access my purchased course?

  2. click: “Programs” link on the left-hand side of the screen under “My Account”. You’ll be taken to a page that will display all the programs you have access to.
  3. click: “View Program” on the purchased course you would like to access.

As long as you’re within the 90-Day return policy, you may return your package for a full refund. When we receive and process your return, we will gladly issue your refund.
