To return your product(s) for a refund, please carefully pack them, include your order # or the original packing slip, and ship them to:

- click: Dashboard (upper right)
- and then click: Auto-ship subscriptions (left side of page, under “My Account”)
Here, you can adjust quantity, delivery interval, skip next delivery date, cancel.
**Please note: You can make changes to your auto-ship up until 2 days before ship-date. If it is within 2 days prior to your ship date, please call (888) 702-2995 for assistance.
- Login at: Dr. Hyman Store Account Dashboard
- click: “Programs” link on the left-hand side of the screen under “My Account”. You’ll be taken to a page that will display all the programs you have access to.
- click: “View Program” on the purchased course you would like to access.

Once we receive your return, please allow us 10 to 15 business days to process the return. Your credit will appear on your original method of payment and your bank will take, on average, 24 to 72 hours to show the funds back in your account.
