Soups to Keep You Warm this Winter
Cold weather makes me crave comfort foods, which are traditionally thought to be unhealthy, but they definitely don’t have to be. Food can bring you nourishment, comfort, and warmth, and it can still be good for you. I tend to eat less raw vegetables and cold foods through the winter months, and instead, I focus on stews, soups, curry, and tonics. These are a list of my favorite delicious and healthy soups that will keep you nourished all winter long. Enjoy and stay warm!
