What I Eat for a Sharper Brain
People often ask me what I actually eat to support my brain health.
It’s not as fancy as you might expect.
I don’t follow a rigid meal plan, count calories, or chase nutrition trends.
Instead, I focus on consistently building meals that help my brain function at its best.
Every day, that means:
- Plenty of colorful plants
- High-quality protein
- Healthy fats
- Fiber-rich foods
- Fermented and probiotic-rich foods
Why? Because every meal sends signals throughout your body that influence how you think, feel, and function. Food provides the raw materials your brain needs to make neurotransmitters, fuel neurons, support the gut-brain connection, and stay resilient as you age.
But the challenge isn’t knowing that food matters. It’s knowing what that actually looks like on your plate.
That’s why I’m sharing some of my favorite recipes, adapted from my Brainshaping Academy program.
Inside, you’ll find 21 meals built around the same principles I use every day. Think: wild salmon, colorful salads, protein-rich smoothies, and more. You’ll even get a complete 7-day meal plan to take the guesswork out of what to eat for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
Download your recipes and discover how simple—and delicious—it can be to nourish your brain every day.
