Dalgona Coffee

Starting the morning off right is such a key piece to feeling great throughout the entire day and doing the things you love. I bet most of you can relate to waking up and needing a cup of coffee before you can feel fully functioning, and I’ve definitely been there myself.

But I started a new routine every morning, and now it’s something I can’t wait to get out of bed for. Instead of regular coffee, I’ve been drinking Four Sigmatic’s Instant Coffee with Lion’s Mane in this incredible Dalgona Coffee Recipe. It is super frothy and such a fun change to the average morning cup of coffee or tea. I love that the combination of coffee and lion’s mane gives me energy that is much longer-lasting, along with a better sense of focus and calm – instead of that jittery feeling and without the late-morning caffeine crash.

You can use Four Sigmatic’s Instant Coffee with Lion’s Mane in lots of different ways—warm or iced, blended or brewed—but this is my current favorite!

Ingredients:

  • 2 packets Four Sigmatic Instant Coffee with Lion's Mane
  • 1 tablespoon monk fruit sweetener
  • 1 tablespoon hot or cold water
  • 6 to 8 ounces non-dairy milk
Method:

Add two packets of Instant Coffee with Lion's Mane to a large mug or glass.

Add 1 tablespoon of monk fruit sweetener (or another natural sweetener of your choice).

Add 1 tablespoon of hot or cold water.

Use a frother or mixer to whip and combine.

Pour a glass of non-dairy milk (my favorite is macadamia) and gently dollop the dalgona cream on top.

Stir if you prefer and enjoy!
