Brown Rice Easy Healthy Recipe


  • 1 Cup Short Grain Brown Rice rinsed
  • 2 Cups Water
  • 1 Pinch Sea Salt


Step 1

Place rice in a medium saucepan. Cover with water and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, add salt, and cover.

Step 2

Simmer on low until rice is tender and water has evaporated. Serve immediately.

Step 3

Refrigerate leftovers in a sealed container. Brown rice will stay fresh for 5 days.
