Everything But The Bagel Egg Bites

These easy Everything But The Bagel Egg Bites are going to be a new favorite breakfast or snack at any time of the day. They’re packed with colorful veggies and you can easily swap in any produce you have on hand.

Eggs are an excellent source of protein as well as the under-consumed nutrient choline. Choline is necessary for the brain and nervous system to regulate memory, mood, muscle control, and it’s also essential for cell membrane structure.

I love the addition of goat cheese and avocado for some satiating fats, making these a great grab-and-go option that will give you the energy you need for a busy day.

Wishing you health and happiness,
Mark Hyman, MD
