This alcohol-free sangria starts with pomegranate and cranberry juices, brightened with fresh orange, lemon, and lime and warmed with a little cinnamon and nutmeg. Let it chill for at least 2 hours, or overnight, so the flavors come together, then top it with sparkling water and ice right before serving. It’s a festive drink you can make ahead and share with everyone at the table.

As the weather cools down, this One-Pan Seafood Skillet is my kind of dinner: salmon, branzino, and shrimp with cannellini beans, kale, and jammy tomatoes. Warming, satisfying, and full of protein, healthy fats, fiber, and flavor—with fewer dishes to clean.
For years, I've encouraged my patients to eat more clean seafood. The challenge, however, has always been finding seafood I can truly trust.
That's why Seatopia has earned a permanent place in my freezer.
Their Salmon Lover’s Box includes Atlantic salmon, Alpine salmon, and steelhead in individually sealed, frozen portions. I can thaw exactly what I need to help meet my goal of eating fatty fish 3–4 times a week.
And what really sets Seatopia apart is their commitment to transparency. They don't just tell you their seafood is nutritious—they measure it.
- Quantified nutrition: Omega-3s (EPA + DHA), protein, and key micronutrients
- Mercury standard: ≤0.1 ppm, one-tenth of the FDA's action level
- Microplastic testing: Down to 1 micron, with independent laboratory analysis
Seatopia makes its testing results available so I can see what's actually in the seafood I'm eating.
Food can be medicine. But not all food is created equal.
This holiday season, stock your freezer with delicious, nutrient-dense seafood you can feel good about serving.
