One thing I've learned in the kitchen is that the quality of your ingredients matters. I think the same should be true of supplements.

It's not just about taking magnesium—it's about choosing a formula that's designed to support your body in multiple ways. That's one reason I appreciate what BIOptimizers has done with Magnesium Breakthrough Advanced 10.

They spent two years testing new forms and combinations of magnesium, conducting more than 5,500 experiments before developing this new formula. The result is a blend of 10 forms of magnesium designed for more comprehensive, whole-body support.

That's important because magnesium plays a role in everything from muscle function and recovery to healthy stress response, metabolic health, relaxation, and restorative sleep.

If you're looking for a more comprehensive approach to magnesium supplementation, use code HYMAN to save 15%.
