Nut Shake

This shake is designed to be soy-free. This shake provides essential protein for detoxification, omega-3 fatty acids from flax oil, fiber for healthy digestion and elimination, and antioxidants and phytonutrients from berries and fruit. It will sustain you, balance your blood sugar, and help you control your appetite throughout the day.

You will find three shake variations here; you may alter any recipe to your taste preference.

*note: use flaxseeds in up to two shakes a day, no more. If you are on the advanced plan, omit the fruit from these recipes.

Nut Shake Easy Healthy Recipe


  • 1/2 Cup Almond or Hazelnut Milk unsweetened gluten-free
  • 1/4 Cup Nuts soaked overnight (such as Almonds, Walnuts, Pecans, or any combination)
  • 1 Tablespoon Organic Combination Flax And Borage Oil
  • 2 Tablespoons Ground Flaxseeds
  • 1/2 Cup Fresh Or Frozen Noncitrus Organic Fruit (such as Cherries, Blueberries, Raspberries, Strawberries, Peaches, Pears, or Bananas)
  • Ice (made from filtered water), if desired
  • 2-4 Ounces Filtered Water


Step 1

Place all ingredients in a blender and thoroughly combine.
