Sautéed Spinach and Watercress Easy Healthy Recipe


  • 1 Tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 2 Cups Fresh Watercress
  • 8 Cups Fresh Spinach
  • 1 Pinch Sea Salt


Step 1

In a large sauté pan, heat olive oil on medium heat.

Step 2

Add watercress and sauté until tender, about 3 minutes.

Step 3

Remove from heat and add spinach to wilt. Season with salt.
