Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350°F.
Step 2
Spread walnuts on a baking sheet so they are not overlapping. Bake until the nuts are deeply golden brown, around 7 to 8 minutes. Stir about halfway through for an even toast. Use this time to toast the cumin seeds in a dry pan, over high heat keeping the pan moving for 1 to 2 min or until fragrant.
Step 3
In a food processor, combine the red peppers, walnuts, almond flour, and cumin. Pulse a few times until the mixture is slightly blended. Add the olive oil, lemon juice, pomegranate molasses, tomato puree, Aleppo pepper, and paprika. Blend until smooth, then season with the salt.
Step 4
Transfer the dip to a bowl. Using the back of a spoon, smooth the top, then create swirls. Top with a drizzle of olive oil, additional pepper flake and the remaining walnut pieces.
Step 5
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.

Sleep is one of the most important ingredients in the recipe for good health. When it’s off, everything else tends to follow—energy, mood, focus, even the way we eat the next day. Stress and nervous system overload can interfere with deep, restorative rest, which is why I think of sleep as something you actively support, not something you leave to chance.
I’ve used
Sunlighten infrared saunas at home for years, and over time they’ve become a simple part of how I wind down in the evening. The gentle heat increases circulation and core body temperature, followed by a natural cooling response that helps signal it’s time for sleep. It also encourages nervous system relaxation, making it easier to shift out of “go mode” and into rest. I’ve found that when sauna becomes part of a nightly rhythm, sleep tends to feel deeper and more consistent.
With more than 25 years of innovation, Sunlighten’s patented infrared technology delivers precise wavelengths designed to support circulation, recovery, and nervous system balance. Built with low EMF, low VOC materials and rigorous third-party testing, it’s designed for safe, daily use, including evenings.
If better sleep is something you’re prioritizing alongside how you eat and move, this is a tool worth considering.
You can save up to $2,200 on your sauna purchase through March 13.
