I love this time of year. It’s filled with long dinners with friends and family, delicious food, and great conversations. I often host holiday dinners at my home, and love to create healthy, nourishing, and mouth watering dishes to serve to my loved ones.

So many of my patients have anxiety around this time of year and feel that they must succumb to sugar treats and processed junk available at holiday parties.
